Chat windows help one person at a time. When you want AI to work inside your own systems, on hundreds or thousands of records, you need the provider's API. This hands-on course teaches the practical skills to do that safely and at a known cost, even if you have never written code.

You follow Basra Express Logistics, an example delivery company that receives hundreds of customer messages a day in Arabic and English. You create an API key in Google AI Studio under a company account and learn the rules that keep keys safe, the difference between free and paid tiers, budgets and rate limits. In Postman you make your first call and learn the four parts of every request and the status codes you will meet, and compare Gemini, OpenAI and Claude. You learn what tokens are, why Arabic costs more per word, and how to estimate a monthly bill before running a big job. With a response schema you make the model fill your own form: fixed fields and allowed values that a program can count and filter. You install Python, keep the key in an environment variable, make your first call from code, then run a script that classifies a whole CSV of messages, retries when the service is busy, records errors and prints the cost. Finally you connect the same request to n8n, Google Sheets or your own software, and prepare it for real data.

Every lesson has illustrated step-by-step screens, copy-ready requests and code, short narrated videos and knowledge checks. Starter files include a Postman collection, two Python scripts and sample messages. The course ends with a 15-question final exam.
