Supplier invoices arrive by email as PDFs and phone photos, in Arabic and English. Someone types each one into a spreadsheet: slow, boring and easy to get wrong. In this course you build a workflow that reads each invoice with AI, checks it, saves the data, files the document, and sends anything doubtful to a person.

Meet Al-Rasheed Trading
Al-Rasheed Trading is an example wholesale company in Baghdad. Muna in accounts receives about 300 supplier invoices a month and types them into a register before Mr. Adel, the finance manager, approves payments. Twice last year the same invoice was paid twice.
- n8n Cloud workspace (trial or paid) with Google credentials from the earlier courses, or new ones.
- A Gemini API key.
- A Gmail account where you can create a label Invoices.
- The course starter files: sample invoices, sheet template, prompt and code.
